1) Web Designer

Are you up to date on current web design best-practices? Are you familiar with web usability and user experience? Do you know the balance of style and functionality?

We are looking for talented artist that knows what it take to create a stunning yet practical web site design and user interface. The ideal candidate should be creative at conceptualizing simple & sleek designs, have solid fundamental in graphic design, excellent eye for typography, purposeful color and have great attention to detail.

This position is based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia

Responsibilities:

  • Designing clean, sleek and effective web sites
  • Creating banners, icons, buttons for web sites
  • Producing Flash animation and artworks
  • Developing and day-to-day maintenance of HTML & Flash web content
  • Producing images and digital illutrations for web sites

Requirements:

  • Survival skills under pressure environment and tight deadline
  • Self-moltivated and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Advanced skill in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Solid knowledge and experience of Adobe Flash and Action Script
  • Good background and knowledge of CSS, tableless layout
  • Strong knowledge of color theory
  • Illustration and drawing Skill is a plus
  • Cross browser, cross platform knowledge of CSS and XHTML is prefered
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Portfolio of web sites created is required

2) Web Developer

Responsibilities:

  • Develop optimized & cross-browser web sites in CSS, XHTML, JavaScript, and AJAX
  • Coding database-driven application
  • Develop e-Commerce and CMS web sites
  • Create customize web application as per client's requirement
  • Keeping up with the latest in web industry
  • Developing and day-to-day management of clients' websites

Requirements:

  • Survival skills under pressure environment and tight deadline
  • Self-moltivated and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent (B.S. or M.S a plus)
  • Advanced skill and knowledge in PHP, SQL, Javascript, AJAX, CSS
  • Ability to create web pages using pure (x)HTML and CSS(tableless) is a must
  • Excellent Database design knowledge
  • Basic understanding of Search Engine Optimization(SEO)
  • Experience with CMS, Blog, RSS is prefered
  • Knowledge of XML, XSLT and WAP is a plus
  • Basic Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Flash
  • Portfolio of web sites or application is required
